Were you an ugly baby?

Before…

Our day in Maranello…

After a hearty breakfast of pastries and italian coffee,we walked into the crisp Maranello air. Sliding on frozen stones we nimbly made our way to the car and drove without getting too lost into the city. We were greeted by the loud hum of ferraris whizzing past us…finally we were here!

Something hot…

Chillis Don't Cause Ulcers (AP Images)

It seems to make perfect sense to anyone with an ulcer: don’t eat anything hot, especially peppers or chilies. But if your stomach lining isn’t doing well, you might be better off with a good dose of Capsicum-rich chilies. It might even reduce the risk of an ulcer in regular chili and pepper eaters.

The chemical Capsicum is what gives chilies and peppers their burning sensation – it is potent enough that in concentrated forms Capsicum is used to make pepper spray. But ulcers are not caused by the chemical and it does not raise the acidity in a person’s stomach. Instead several studies have concluded that Capsicum protects your stomach lining (especially from aspirin, which could cause an ulcer) and acts as a local anaesthetic, relieving pain in the area. It also increases blood flow to affected regions, accelerating healing. On top of that, a 1995 Chinese study found that Capsicum can even help prevent peptic ulcers. Chew on that!

Priorities?

Models get paid to prance around in skimpy stuff. How exactly is this helping humanity? Are our priorities that twisted? Find me on http://www.Trixxiezn.com
